Delete your game data
Traffic Heist supports guest profiles and optional Google or Apple connected accounts. You can delete either type from inside the game.
Delete inside the game
- Open Traffic Heist.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete player data.
- Confirm Delete.
This deletes the Firebase player profile, cloud progress, reward history, notification registrations, coins, hints, unlocked levels, and the local save on that device.
Request deletion outside the game
Open Settings in the game, copy the Player ID, and submit it with a Traffic Heist deletion request through techstrum.com. The Player ID is needed to identify the correct guest or connected profile.
What may be retained
Aggregated analytics that no longer identifies a player and records required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance may be retained where permitted. Deletion requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible.
