Traffic Heist Privacy Policy
This policy explains how TechStrumITSolutions handles information when you play Traffic Heist on mobile or web.
Information we process
- A Firebase player identifier used to back up progress. If you connect Google or Apple, Firebase Authentication also processes the account identifier, display name, and email supplied by that provider.
- Game progress such as unlocked levels, coins, hints, selected car, moves, and mission results.
- App diagnostics, crash reports, performance information, device type, app version, and approximate region.
- If you enable notifications, a Firebase Installation ID, push-notification token, platform, app version, and locale. We do not collect a hardware device ID for notifications.
- Gameplay analytics such as level starts, completions, route hacks, and hint use.
- Advertising identifiers and ad interaction information when advertising is enabled.
How we use information
We use this information to save progress, operate rewards, prevent reward abuse, diagnose crashes, understand game balance, improve the game, and show or measure advertising where permitted.
Services
The game uses Google Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config, App Check, Cloud Functions, Storage, and Hosting. Advertising may be provided through Google AdMob. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, analyze, and monetize the game, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Game data is retained while the guest or connected player profile is active or as needed for security and legal obligations. Notification registration is removed when notifications are disabled. Open Settings in the game and choose Delete player data to delete the player profile and associated Firebase game data. See the data deletion page for another request path.
Age
Traffic Heist is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, Firebase security rules, and application integrity checks. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries where our providers operate.
Changes
We may update this policy as the game changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
